Absolutely love Bobby and his crew of Palm Tree workers. I had 2 Palm trees which I hated and wanted removed. Bobby came out to my house the same day I contacted him to give me a quote. Had Bobbys Palm and Tree Service remove three 15 foot 20 year old Queen Palms that have not survived or excessive heat over the past few years. It was a very difficult task as the trees were located very close to my property walls and swimming pool cool decking along with irrigation pipes underground. The Team arrived on time, assessed the situation and went right to work. It was a really difficult job taking those trees down without without damaging the surrounding property, pool equipment and irrigation heads and underground pipes. The team did a great job removing the trees, burying the stumps. Great teamwork. I challenged the team even more by having them replace the Queen Palms with two Pigmy Date Palms, upgrade the irrigation system for the new trees, fertilize and treat my existing palm trees and clean up the job site. I contacted Bobby's Tree & Landscaping for an estimate and received a call back within 10 mins. Bobby himself came over same afternoon to discuss what we needed done with 3 pineapple palms and 6 citrus trees. Bobby & crew were here at 6am and worked in the heat until the job was done, 8hrs! We are very pleased with the work his crew did, and all the guys were so polite and respectful of our yard furniture. I especially appreciated Bobby does not use power tools to trim citrus trees which can cause damage to the new tender growth and branches. We had our palms trimmed & skinned, they look gorgeous! All the citrus trees trimming was done by hand, and trunks wrapped, truly tree care professionals. We will continue in the future to use Bobby's expertise for maintence. Wish I could give more stars! Bobby Jr went more than above and beyond! We were taken advantage of by a different landscaping co, and were left with nothing working right, leaks, and literally a “spaghetti” looking mess in every station we have. Bobby fixed our leaks, noticed electrical dangers - fixed those, replaced a valve, and WOW- every wire to EVERY station finally has its place. We had been in search for a new landscaping company. Our previous landscaping company never showed up and kept changing the date. We received this referral by our plumber. Bobby’s Palm and Tree Service LLC is a very knowledgeable, professional and a friendly business. Bobby and his crew fixed all the leaks and adjusted the timers. Removed the deep roots from a tree we had lost in the monsoon storm last year. They also trimmed our trees as they should have been. We prefer natural looking trees and not the mushroom look. The price is a bit higher but you get what you pay for. If we call them and let them know there is a leak or problem, they are there right away. We feel very fortunate we found this company and do not worry about receiving a letter from our HOA. See more See less

First, when I called , He came right over and gave us a free estimate and explained everything in full detail and I could tell he was being honest about everything. After consideration, I called him back with some more questions and concerns, which he addressed and I decided to accept his bid and have them do the work.
